Human Interaction is the New 'Killer App'

In Human Interaction is the New ‘Killer App, Alan Stukalsky will share his insight on how companies can adapt to the world of technological innovation and automation in the workforce while continuing to grow and nurture long-lasting talent relationships without losing the human touch. Fundamentally, machines and humans are good at different things, and automation will enable people to focus on and align themselves with skills that provide a value add that machines cannot. Randstad research found U.S. workers are also optimistic about working alongside automation, with over half even willing to retrain and upskill. During this session, Alan will offer practical takeaways for attendees that highlight how the grouping of technology with the element of “human touch” provides the kind of differentiation that leaders need to drive growth and engagement.
