HR Agility in a World of Constant Change

Globalization, changing demographic trends, new customer demands, competitors who appear overnight, rapidly changing business environments, and digital disruption are redefining the way of working. This permanent condition that HR lives in is characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (a.k.a. "VUCA"), and it is the new norm.

HR and business leaders must not only learn how to manage in this environment, but we must learn to thrive in it. So how can HR leaders set strategy, ensure compliance, and influence the business in this environment? Engage with our panelists who have learned the key to success is to adapt an “agile HR model.” Learn how HR agility can help you and your team to become more responsive, nimble and versatile -- just in time.

Participants in this discussion will learn more on:

  • Anticipating and preparing for future business trends
  • Building an HR culture and structure to support agility and resilience
  • Setting strategy in volatile, ambiguous business environments
