Chapter Meeting

Overview

With a generationally diverse workforce, it becomes increasingly difficult to approach employee engagement in a manner that is effective and impactful for all. Is it possible to identify a single approach to employee engagement that works for millennials, gen x and baby boomers? How does the generation you identify yourself as belonging to influence how you approach employee engagement? Do all generations in your workforce have the same attitude when it comes to when taking pride in their company, their willingness to refer others and their willingness to put forth extra effort to ensure the success of their organization?
