She has served as a senior executive in Fortune 500 organizations as well as smaller companies. Her experience as a senior executive includes industries in the healthcare, energy, manufacturing, distribution and retail fields. Nancy has over 25 years of deep experience in human resources and leadership development and has also served as the chair of the SHRM-Atlanta board.
Ray Reese, Director of Security, Process & Occupational Safety, Colonial Pipeline Company
Ray is Director of Security, Process & Occupational Safety at Colonial Pipeline Company. His responsibilities include providing leadership direction and oversight of Colonial’s Safety & Security operations. He is past Chairman of the Department of Homeland Security Oil and Natural Gas Sector Coordinating Counsel. Ray is a regular contributor at Classified Intelligence Forums in Washington, DC and has a top-secret security clearance.
Scott Hilsen, Managing Director in the Atlanta office, KPMG
Scott is a Managing Director in the Atlanta office of KPMG’s Forensic Advisory Services practice and has over 23 years of legal and investigatory experience. He is a lawyer and a Certified Fraud Examiner, and he focuses on regulatory compliance, fraud investigations, litigation support, and e-discovery. Prior to joining KPMG, Scott was a partner in an AmLaw Top 50 Law Firm where he practiced securities and business litigation and conducted internal investigations.
