Wellness as a Business Strategy
While once neatly placed within Comp & Benefits, Wellness is now positioned as an integral feature of business strategy. Wellness is no longer seen simply as a tool to manage the rising cost of healthcare, but as a key component of sustaining and growing the organization. Realizing the value of effective Wellness in the workplace, the C-Suite is now demanding it. They desire a culture of Wellness that retains and attracts top talent, improves productivity, communicates concern for employees and helps manage healthcare costs. This panel of business executives and leading wellness champions will demonstrate how Wellness fits in the overall business strategy of the organization.
